Ride 2010-78: Feeling Like An Old Man
After yesterday's return to riding following a brief hiatus, my body decided that cycling two days in a row was not a good idea and staged a formal protest. This highlighted that I can no longer expect the easy recovery I once enjoyed in my youth.
Ride 2010-77: Teenage Psychology
With limited riding over the past few weeks, I am starting to count down to the end of the cycling season. I still have a few more miles to hit my 2010 goals, but that should be easy to come-by before the Minnesota winter settles in.
Ride 2010-74: St Paul Classic
My brother Tim and I were able to participate in Sunday's St Paul Classic ride throughout the streets of St Paul. Beautiful weather and a gentle route combined for a nice event.
Ride 2010-72: Another Chill In The Air
My Saturday morning ride with a co-worker from AMS started off a little on the chilly side. But, with proper equipment choices, it turned into a comfortable ride with a small portion joining an in-progress duathlon.
A Weird Minnesota Get-Together
It was a perfect end-of-summer day to head off to the Minnesota State Fair with my daughter. A couple laps around the fairgrounds ended with a Weird Al concert in the grandstand.
