While watching the weather and trying to time an outing in-between thunderstorms, my daughter and I made a trip to Apple Valley to visit some natural creatures in the Minnesota Zoo.
It’s a joy to see the zoo expand and continue to provide a great experience for both visitors and residents. I have always thought that the MN Zoo starts with the animal’s best interests in mind and don’t feel too bad to see the various caged animals. Their habitats are more expansive than most zoos and the animals don’t get pushed out into the open so that people can simply stare at them while they sleep.
We had a good time and took the opportunity to snap a few photos. Enjoy!
