Ride 2010-78: Feeling Like An Old Man

After yesterday's return to riding following a brief hiatus, my body decided that cycling two days in a row was not a good idea and staged a formal protest. This highlighted that I can no longer expect the easy recovery I once enjoyed in my youth.

Rides 2010-60/61: Leadville 100

While heading along a bike path near Wayzata, I spotted a rider on a mountain bike wearing a Leadville Trail 100 jersey. A quick exchange indicated that he was on his last stages of training before heading out to Colorado for the 2010 version of the ride.
