Ride 2011-65: I’m All Jerky
As one of the last outdoor rides for the 2011 season, it's nearly expected to look back on the season. With a recent gap, it was hard to have good feelings in my legs on this Friday, afterwork jaunt.
Ride 2011-64: No Sweat
Dry conditions mean for comfortable, if not weird weather conditions. These are the last few warm days of the season and they warrant some time in the saddle.
Ride 2011-63: Burst Of Color
Following my 40th birthday on Saturday, I was able to get a beautiful ride into my legs right during the peak of the fall color show in Minnesota. It is a beautiful time of year that relates well to my milestone birthday.
Ride 2011-62: Don’t Look Back
A second day of wonderful weather conditions provided the perfect chance to get a short ride into my legs. It became a race to meet the inevitable nightfall, as the 7:00pm sunset doesn't afford time for an extended ride.
Ride 2011-61: Darkening Skies
After a short break, I NEEDED to get back on the bike and take advantage of some great September weather. Cycling has a great mental exercise and I enjoyed the break from my busy, non-cycling life.
